How To Configure Eset Nod32 Version 5 Mirror Server and Manual/Offline Update

The steps is exactly like the configuration on the version 3 and 4, but there are some step to do before it.  As you can see, normally we cannot edit the update server on version 5. So we need to do something about it first.

This are what we should do :

- boot windows to the safe mode

- go to registry edit and find
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ESET\ESET Security\CurrentVersion\Info

- find " PackageFeatures "
default value " 00000003 " change it to " 00000001 "




 (if you dont know how to edit registry, maybe you shouldn't do this, its very risky to modify registry value, my advice; use username and password here or ask grandpa google).

- Done, restart normal windows

Now we should be able to edit the update server, just do the steps in mirror server update and manual/offline update configuration
